Meet your Therapist, Lindsey, who is trained to the highest standards in Colon Hydrotherapy / Colonic Irrigation.

Lindsey has been practising Complementary Therapies for over 15 years and is one of only two RICTAT Registered Colon Hydrotherapists in Essex.  RICTAT is the International Association & Register of Integrative Colon Therapists & Trainers.

Lindsey incorporates all of her skills as a Colon Hydrotherapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner into your treatments which can make getting to the root of your problems much quicker.

A Message From Your Therapist

“I stumbled across Colon Hydrotherapy as it was something that I had always wanted to try as I had read about its many benefits. I had no presenting conditions but liked the thought of feeling cleansed and no matter how much water I drank my skin never seemed to look or feel any more hydrated. After having a course of 5-6 treatments and following a detox plan I found that I became energised and could think more clearly, I had no cravings as I previously had before having the treatment and my skin felt hydrated at last.

I lost weight that I had not been able to shift since having my children without even trying but just by following an easy detox plan together with the colonics. My stomach was flat and I was having regular bowel movements twice a day instead of just once every other day! I also had the feeling of being alert and rejuvenated and a wonderful sense of wellbeing and so much energy!

This led me onto training in Colon Hydrotherapy. Colon Hydrotherapy is an amazing and extremely beneficial treatment whether you just want to give yourself a health boost or to aid an existing bowel condition.
