After your consultation and Lindsey has more understanding of what it is you are in need of she can create a bespoke session for you using a combination of Reiki, Reiki Drum & Karuna Reiki.
Reiki Healing – 60mins £60
Reiki is a holistic, non-invasive, and gentle modality that aims to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit by transferring and channelling universal life force energy through the hands of a certified Reiki practitioner. One on One Karuna Reiki session 60 mins £80
Karuna Energy is believed to work at a higher vibrational frequency than traditional Reiki, allowing for more profound and lasting effects. Karuna Reiki uses a specific pattern of energy flows, believed to be more complex and intricate designed to facilitate deeper healing and spiritual growth.
Reiki Drum – 60 mins £60
Reiki Drum is a unique form of energy healing that combines the principles of Reiki, with the use of drumming. Lindsey uses the drum to channel and transmit Reiki energy. Reiki Drum could help you to access and balance energy, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

If you want a Reiki healing treatment and can’t get to my treatment room or you simply prefer to be in your own home, then Distance Reiki is the answer. It’s just a powerful and effective and has all the benefits of in person Reiki healing.
REIKI TRAININGS AND COURSES
Level I (Shoden) – Self Healing
Investment £150
The focus of Level 1 is opening the energy channels and connecting to Reiki for self-healing. The attunement is a ritual that connects the student’s energy body to the Universal Life Force, allowing them to channel and use Reiki energy for healing purposes. It is important that you spend time connecting with Reiki energy and persorming self-treatments before moving on to Reiki Level 2 where you learn how to share Reiki with others.
This one day training includes:

- Usui Reiki Attunement
- Overview of Chakras & Aura
- The 5 Reiki Precepts
- Protection Practices

Each student will receive a Reiki Level 1 manual, 2 sacred reijus (ceremonial attunements) and a printed certificate.
IN PERSON AND SMALL GROUP TRAININGS
Reiki Level II – Healing for Others
Investment £200 group / £250 individual
Reiki Level II (healing for others) in the continuation of the Reiki journey and deepens your understanding of this practice to prepare you to conduct sessions with others. A Reiki Level II attunements increases the amount of energy and new symbols, which are believed to enhance the capacity for channeling and transmitting Reiki.
This 2 day training & certification course includes:
- Review of Level I
- Introduction to Reiki Symbols
- Reiki techniques using the sumbols
- Intuitive development
- How to prepare and guide a Reiki session for others (in-person and distance)
- How to start a Reiki Business
- Other Reiki Concepts
- Hands on Practice on other students
Each student will receive a Reiki II manual, Sacred Reijus and attunements, and a printed certificate.
